REFUND POLICY:There are no refunds, comfort exchanges only.(NO REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS.) There are no exchanges or refunds on PILLOWS, SHEETS or MATTRESS PROTECTORS; if your product is defective a replacement will be provided. There are no exchanges or refunds on ADJUSTABLE BASES; the manufacturer provides warranty services.
COMFORT EXCHANGE: To qualify for the 30-day comfort exchange, the in-stock mattress must be in perfect condition. You are eligible for ONE comfort exchange. Only the original mattress is eligible for a comfort exchange, previously exchanged and warranty items are not exchangeable. The second purchase must be of EQUAL OR GREATER value, at regular sale price and a pick-up/redelivery fee of $89.99 will apply.
MANUFACTURE WARRANTY:The manufacturer determines if a mattress qualifies under the warranty. We will facilitate warranty paper work, but you will need to provide the required information and photographs. A pick up, shipping and redelivery charge of $89.99 will apply. There are no comfort exchanges on the new mattress you pick from your warranty.
DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery times must have a four-hour window: we will make every effort to make the delivery within that time. We cannot be held liable for any unforeseen event. If we attempt to make the delivery during the four-hour window and no one is available to accept the delivery, you will be charged a $69.99 fee.
DELIVERY DISCLAIMER AND SAFTY: Clear a path wide enough for drivers and merchandise to pass through. Remove any hanging items from narrow hallways. You are responsible for bring any possible encumbrances (thermostats, ceiling fans) to the attention of the driver, before he carries in your merchandise. It is your responsibility to protect all delicate items and flooring. We cannot be held responsible for your personal property that you have neglected to remove or cover.
PICK UP: If you choose to pick up your order, you must inspect the merchandise prior to leaving the store. We will not be responsible for any merchandise or legal liability of any kind after it has left our store.
LAYAWAY: If the layaway period becomes greater than 30 days, items are contingent upon availability. If an item or material becomes discontinued, I agree to reselect a material or item of similar value. I realize that may take up to eight weeks, after re-selection to receive some items. There will be no refunds issued for layaways after 30 days.
No verbal agreement made with any representatives of BED PROS INC. or any other person related to the operation of the company will be binding upon BED PROS INC.
